The gentle Nordic Detox bar soap is suitable for all skin types, especially for blemish-prone and oily skin. The soap cleanses hands, body, and face thoroughly without drying the skin, and its richly foaming formula makes washing pleasant. Enriched with Finnish ingredients, the soap is designed for daily use and to support the skin under the stress of the Nordic dry and changing climate.
Effectively cleansing activated charcoal binds impurities, dirt, and excess oil. Finnish sea buckthorn oil supports the skin’s protective barrier and promotes cell well-being with antioxidants, while Finnish birch leaf extract soothes the skin and maintains its natural moisture balance. The soap retains the naturally formed glycerin from the cold-process method, which draws moisture into the skin and leaves it soft.

Store the soap on a waterproof surface. Bar soap is hygienic and stays solid, and it won’t crumble when allowed to dry between uses.
The pH of genuine soap is always slightly alkaline. The pH of our soaps varies by bar, ranging approximately from 8.5 to 9.5.
As the soap dries, a light layer of soap ash may sometimes form on the surface. This is harmless and does not affect use. The soap ash disappears with the first use.

Active Ingredients
Activated charcoal
The microscopic pores act as an absorbent surface for impurities and excess substances, gently yet effectively cleansing the skin. This allows the soap to remove dirt and excess sebum while giving the product its natural deep black color.
Birch leaf extract
Finnish birch leaf extract contains bioactive compounds, such as flavonoids and phenolic molecules, which support the skin’s natural physiological balance. The extract promotes skin elasticity, cellular well-being, and metabolism while helping maintain the skin’s natural moisture balance.
Sea buckthorn oil
Finnish sea buckthorn’s omega-7 and omega-3 fatty acids, flavonoids, and vitamin E support skin cell renewal and strengthen the skin’s natural protective barrier. The oil helps reduce damage caused by environmental stressors and leaves the skin revitalized.
Shea butter
Shea butter is particularly nourishing and caring for the skin. It is rich in triterpenic alcohols, which promote skin elasticity and combat the loss of collagen and elastin in the skin.
Castor Oil
Contains a high amount of ricinoleic acid, which gives the soap its unique moisturizing and emulsifying properties. The oil creates a soft, creamy lather and cleanses the skin effectively without disrupting its natural lipid barrier.
